Who you are dealing with

This website is operated by Rankin Industries, LLC dba North Texas Hail Guy. Lance Rankin is not a licensed public insurance adjuster and is not an attorney. North Texas Hail Guy does not file, adjust, negotiate or settle insurance claims and does not act as your representative in dealings with your insurance company. The services offered are vehicle inspection, written hail damage documentation, preparation of paintless dent repair estimates and supplemental estimates, attendance at an insurer inspection in the capacity of the repair facility's estimator, and referral of the repair. He does not own or operate a repair facility. Paintless dent repair is performed by partnered repair facilities in North Texas, and he is compensated by those facilities on work placed with them.

Nothing on this website is legal advice, insurance advice or a guarantee of any claim outcome. Statutory references are provided because you are entitled to know what the law says; they are not a substitute for advice from a licensed Texas attorney, and your own policy governs your own claim. Estimates and price ranges

Repair price ranges published on this site are industry figures gathered from published sources and are offered so you can sanity-check an estimate. They are not a quote. The cost of repairing a specific vehicle depends on dent count, dent size, panel count, access and panel material, and can only be established by inspecting the vehicle.

What is not offered

No warranty is offered by North Texas Hail Guy on repair work. Rental vehicles are available only where your own policy carries rental reimbursement coverage. No representation is made that any insurance deductible will be waived, absorbed or paid on your behalf. No insurance claim is filed, adjusted, negotiated or settled on your behalf, and no advice about your policy's coverages or exclusions is offered. Those are services of a licensed public insurance adjuster or an attorney, and you can verify a Texas public insurance adjuster's license with the Texas Department of Insurance at 800-252-3439.

Inspections

Inspections are free and carry no obligation. Nothing is filed with your insurer without your instruction.
