What is collected

Only what you type into the form on this site: your name, phone number, email address, and optionally your city, insurance carrier, vehicle and a message. There is no analytics script, no advertising pixel, no session recording and no third-party tracking on this website.

What it is used for

To contact you about a hail damage inspection and, if you go ahead, to work your insurance claim. Nothing else. Your information is not sold, rented or shared with third parties for marketing.

Where you ask me to handle a claim, information necessary to do that — your name, contact details, vehicle details and the damage documentation — is shared with your insurance carrier and with the paintless dent repair facility performing the work. That is the purpose of the engagement.

Text messages

Consent to receive text messages is optional and is collected separately for service messages and for marketing messages. Neither is required to use this service. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for assistance or STOP to opt out at any time. Mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.

How long it is kept

Inquiry details are kept for as long as needed to respond to you and, where a claim is worked, for as long as the claim record is useful. Ask me to delete your information and I will.

Cookies

This website sets no cookies of its own and runs no third-party scripts. It is served from Cloudflare, which may set a security cookie to protect the site from abuse.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13 and I do not knowingly collect information from them.
